Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Orders are processed and shipped Saturday-Thursday (excluding major holidays). Due to the COVID-19 virus, operations, and shipping impact, orders may take longer than expected.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed with expedited shipping. In special cases regarding delivery, the client will be notified by mail, phone call, or Whatsapp.
Delivery in UAE is free. Additional shipping may apply to your order. Payment can be made through e-commerce on our website. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used.
Gulfstores.com company reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
